ARE TICKETS ONLY SOLD ONLINE?


Yes. This ensures a contactless process! Simply pick your date, pick your location, and pay one ticket for the whole car.




CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE?


Yes, if there's availability. Purchase still has to be done through your phone, due to COVID-19 guidelines.




CAN I CONSOLIDATE CARS AT THE PARK?


We cannot accommodate consolidating cars after entering...please consolidate prior to arrival!




DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS ON SITE?


Yes! They at the entrance of the experience.




WHAT IF THERE’S A WAIT?


While we try to minimize wait times, attendance tends to spike on weekends and holidays. Normally Monday – Thursday will have less wait times!




CAN I TAKE PICTURES?


Absolutely! We encourage you to capture the magic and tag us on Instagram @concertsinyourcar_




HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW MUSIC DURING MY EXPERIENCE?


Please make sure that your vehicle has a working FM radio, you will be provided with a station at the entrance to the show.




WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?


Please arrive any time during your car pass time :)




DOES EVERYONE NEED A TICKETS?


Each ticket is valid for ONE car and the number of people purchased (Up to 4 people OR 5 or more people). Kids under 2 and in a rear-facing car seat will be free for Holidays in Your Car and do not count towards the number of people.




CAN I PURCHASE FOOD OR DRINKS AT THE VENTURA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS?


Not at this time. We recommend you support Downtown Ventura eateries. Please plan accordingly.





NO BUSES / LIMOS / RVS / SPRINTER VANS ARE ALLOWED.
